Good morning Gentlemen:
I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Mindy for her tremendous efforts in resolving the back dated Medicare issues. Having done billing in my past position I more than anyone understands how difficult it can be to resolve issue with Medicare. Mindy has gone above and beyond to resolve this issue.
As I understand it once she receives the letter from hospice she has their permission to resubmit all charges back to August. The last time I checked this was about $8K.
Jayson, I must say that working with Mindy these past few years has not only been a pleasure, but she has shown me that she is truly concerned about our practice. Her dedication, hard work and enthusiasm is greatly appreciated.
