David B. VanderVoort, Director Operations

Mr. VanderVoort has 10 years of business experience and leads the Synergy Billing Solutions marketing and operations.  Having spent the majority of his life in Hartford County (the insurance capital of the world) as both an insurance agent and NYSE registered stock broker, David's experience in insurance, finance and marketing provide a unique mix of abilities to keep Synergy on the cutting edge of billing performance.  David obtained his marketing management degree with honors from Quinnipiac University of Hamden, CT.

Training

After a Medical Billing Specialist is hired they go through a series of initial trainings to understand our processes and technology. In addition, they are given on-going training in medical billing issues and techniques.  A courseload designed by Synergy helps ensure that our billers are fully knowledgeable on the issues that affect your community health center day to day.
